Ok all you violinists and fiddlers… you know you want one… you know you need one… you know you GOTS to have one! What’s that you say? WHY A MANDOLIN OF COURSE!!! Yes, lurking just beneath the surface of every fine violinist is an aspiring mandolinist… and why not? With the same tuning and fingerings as a violin it’s only natural for violinists to “move on over” to the mandolin and become a “double-threat”! Why mandolin? Well, for one thing they’re a lot of fun to play! And they are COOL… just ask Chris Thile! And you can be both folky AND funky on them! And hey, they’re not a ukelele! But perhaps best of all is this… NO MORE INTONATION PROBLEMS!!! Yes, we even throw in the frets for free! So swap your bow for a pick and come join mandolinist, songwriter, teacher and aspiring violinist Adam Brown for a lively, one-hour presentation on the joys of mandolin playing. COME UNLEASH YOUR MANDOLIN SELF!

If you are looking for a mandolin to use in this class, contact Adam at: glassweb53@gmail.com
