Live Music in the Piano Lounge: Westfalia

Join the Jansen Art Center on Thursday evenings for two hours of free music from local artists. The July series will begin this Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Jansen’s Piano Lounge. Wine, beer and food will be available for purchase for concert goers from the Firehall Cafe.

Lynden locals, Westfalia, will close the concert series on July 28. The four-piece band is made up of Jeremy Vander Meulen as the lead singer and rhythm guitar player, Liam Kroontje is the bands lead guitar player, Jake Kroontje as the bass guitar player, and Cameron De Boom as the Drummer. Westfalia is already a favorite at the Jansen, despite their fairly new formation a couple months ago. The band is currently working on their first album and will be introducing new music.
