Thursday nights, the J invites you to enjoy free live music in the piano lounge from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The Firehall Cafe at the J offers their full menu of food and beverages until 9:00 PM. Curated by local musician Victor Pruner, the Live at the Piano Lounge series is designed to bring a variety of local musicians to engage the community. Terry Palmer is a guitarist and vocalist who was raised on radio. Terry grew up in San Diego and played in numerous bands throughout his time there. Palmer moved to Lynden, Washington in 2015 and has been performing solo are area venues. While versed in a number of styles, his passion is covering the Classic Rock hits of the 70’s. Terry always brings special guests to his performances at the Jansen Art Center, making each performance a fun-filled night of rock-n-roll.
