Listen. Live. Learn. Explore: A Day of Uplifting the BIPOC Communities within Whatcom County

The League of Women Voters of Bellingham/Whatcom County is excited to announce it’s 3rd annual “Listen, Live, Learn, Explore: A Day of Uplifting the Black, Indigenous,
and People of Color within Whatcom County.” The event will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Depot Market Square (1100 Railroad Ave) in Bellingham. Come celebrate with us!

The event will feature on stage performances by Las Chicas Reinas, The Silk Road Dancers, and Godly Productions. A panel of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color will discuss the history of their communities’ place in Whatcom County and where we are today in terms of being a welcoming and inclusive county. Local vendors will also be at the event!
