Learn About Free Blood Pressure Monitoring and Other YMCA Programs

The Whatcom Family YMCA will be in the library’s SkillShare Space to raise awareness of all the ways the community can manage their health through the YMCA’s evidence-based health programs (several of which are free!). They’ll also be offering free blood pressure monitoring to highlight one of their programs that is starting in January at the senior center about self-monitoring your blood pressure.
