Farmers Insurance agent Julia Farrow has moved her agency to Ferndale from downtown Bellingham, and will be celebrating its new location with a ribbon cutting. The open house will take place from 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. with ribbon cutting hosted by the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce at 4:30 p.m.
