Wes Herman started his entrepreneurial journey at age 21. After owning and operating several businesses, in 2002, along with his wife and four teenage children, Wes started a small coffee shop in Lynden, WA called Woods Coffee. Now over 20 years later, their family business has grown into one of the region’s premier coffee companies with 19 locations all around the Pacific Northwest. Woods Coffee employs over 350 people throughout four counties in Washington State and continues its mission to “Serve Others, Make a Difference and Have Fun.”
