Fair Housing Refresher for Landlords and Property Managers

The City of Bellingham is providing a workshop to review Federal Fair Housing laws, as well as the City’s tenant protections ordinance. This session will be geared toward landlords, property owners and property managers. If you were not able to attend the Fair Housing workshop in April and/or the tenant protections ordinance information session offered at City Hall in June, this is your chance to get a refresher. We will focus on disability, reasonable accommodations, service animals vs. pets, and source of income discrimination.
