English Conversation Class

English Conversation Class is offered by the Whatcom Literacy Council for people who are learning to speak English. It is facilitated by a trained volunteer who will lead the class. English Conversation Class will focus on reading, writing, listening and speaking in a casual and comfortable setting. The program is open to all levels and no registration is required.
