Cheesemaking

Marissa Bees will be making two, possibly 3 types of cheese after lunch on Tuesday, May 16th at 12:45pm. Queso Blanco & Mozzarella are simple cheeses you can make at home using either raw milk or homogenized milk. Come taste the goodness of freshly made cheese and be amazed at its simple process.
