Are you ready to lace up your cleats and play some football? We certainly are! To help prepare our young players for the upcoming season, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County will be offering a Football Mini-Camp.
When: July 15 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Where: WWU’s Harrington Field
Who: Players entering 3rd-7th grade in the Fall. (Flag and Tackle)
Cost: $30.00/participant before July 12. $40.00 after July 12.
This three-hour camp will be hosted by the Junior Viking Football coaching staff! Over the course of the mini-camp we will be focusing on fundamentals, skill development, offensive and defensive schemes, and a bit of conditioning. We’ll close out the day with scrimmages!
The sooner you sign up the better as all participants will be receiving a t-shirt and the price goes up after July 12. Be sure to sign up asap to ensure we have enough t-shirts and in the proper size.
Registrations are accepted at the Bellingham and Ferndale clubs, weekdays 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. As always feel free to contact us with any questions you may have or if you’re unable to come in during that time. We look forward to seeing you there!
