Make.Shift’s award winning gallery will feature the art exhibit Letters to Lines: young artists visually interpret lyrics and poetry during the month of February.
The Make.Shift gallery committee invited high school students in Whatcom County to submit their artwork. The pieces were prompted to interpret song lyrics or poems and the students were not limited to any specific medium.
The Letters to Lines opening reception will be during Art Walk at Make.Shift. The show is on display at the Make.Shift gallery beginning February 2 through February 27. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5:00 p.m.
The submissions were juried by a panel comprised from the Make.Shift gallery committee and community members.
This event is free and open to the public.
