FREE Vehicle Exterior Lights Inspection and Replacement
The Automotive Service Association Members of Whatcom and Skagit County, and students from the BTC Automotive Class will be inspecting the exterior lights of all vehicles and replacing any burnt out bulbs that are not HID or LED nor time intensive. The number one bulb replaced is the license plate bulb. Bulbs are donated by Bellingham Auto Parts
