Sustainable Connections’ Green Building Slam

October 3 @ 5:30 pm
$29.51 – $50.55

Sustainable Connections is thrilled to announce that the Green Building Slam will return to the Wild Buffalo House of Music on Friday, October 3rd at 5:30pm. This highly anticipated evening brings green building experts, enthusiasts, and curious community members together to learn about the hottest topics in the industry.

“The Slam always leaves me feeling so inspired – it’s great to hear speakers nerd out about their creative solutions to green building challenges,” said Elizabeth Vaughn of the Energy & Green Building Program, “And we’re always excited to be a part of all the connections and partnerships that come from this special night.” Each ticket includes networking and dinner from Mediterranean Specialties.

This dynamic line-up of speakers for the Green Building Slam includes Eli Lieberman from Washington Green Bank to educate on renewable energy financing and green bank development in Washington State, and Sean Lawrence from Sazan Group to discuss Tribal microgrid feasibility. Nick Cusick of the Energy & Green Building Program states, “It is an honor to host this event to put a spotlight on the work being done to create a sustainable built environment in our region.”

Purchase your tickets now before they are gone! Last year’s Green Building Slam was a sold-out event. Students and members of Sustainable Connections have reduced pricing. Please reach out to the organization for details.

This event is sponsored by Corix, Lautenbach Recycling, Envision Homes, and Extol Windows.
