Based out of the Barkley Financial Center, Raymond brings over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, including three years of specialized expertise in Treasury Management at Peoples Bank.
In his new role, Raymond will continue to serve as a trusted partner to local businesses, helping them navigate their financial needs with tailored solutions and a personal touch. Known for his commitment to building strong relationships, Raymond is passionate about supporting the growth and success of the communities he serves.

Originally from San Diego and raised on South Whidbey Island, Raymond has called Whatcom County home for over 15 years. He and his wife returned to the area in 2020 and are active supporters of Days for Girls International and The Hope Project. Outside of work, Raymond enjoys hiking and exploring local trails with his wife and two children.
