Galloway’s has been hard at work since we opened our doors to the public, almost a year ago. We have many new and exciting things happening at our little cocktail bar and we wanted to be sure you all knew what has been going on!
First off, we rolled out brand new menus in October, with some new options for beer, wine and nibbles, as well as an expanded Happy Hour menu. Most importantly though, our staff has been working hard to put together a new cocktail menu full of delicious libations that we created in house!
Although we have our awesome Happy Hour every day from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m., Galloway’s also hosts weekly specials on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. All of our cocktails are made with high quality ingredients, fresh squeezed fruits, house made infusions and syrups, and lots of love!
- Monday night is Infusion and Industry Night featuring $8 infusion specials all night long, and special discounts for fellow industry workers. We have been infusing liquors for a few months now and making some truly delicious and unique drinks with them. Monday is our night to show them off!
- Tuesday night is Ladies Night, with a selection of cocktail specials to choose from, only $8 all night. Gentlemen, you are welcome to come too!
- Wednesday night is Wine Night – all bottles of wine and bubbly are 25 percent off! Fantastic deal and a great excuse to splurge on that fancy wine you have been wanting to try. To pair with that wine, we also offer $10 cheese plates and $5 rotating desserts from one of our favorite local bakeries, Pure Bliss.
