Make.Shift Art Space is excited to announce the upcoming date of our area’s favorite wet-and-weird summer fundraiser: The Make.Shift Block Party, taking place on Saturday, Aug. 2, from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Things are ramping up for the third annual Block Party, which will close down an entire block between Prospect and Grand Streets for family-friendly shenanigans that will include:
- All-day live local music
- Inflatable gladiator joust (yes, you too can bash your friends in the head)
- New, improved, and relocated Slip ’N Slide of Doom
- Climbing wall by Vital Climbing Gym – Bellingham
- Punk Rock haircuts by Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy – Bellingham, WA
- Skate Jam by Unknown Board Shop
Beer garden featuring beer by PBR, Aslan Brewing Company, Kulshan Brewing Company, Wander Brewing, and Boundary Bay Brewery and cider by Seattle Cider Company - Mysterious and thrilling *Mysterious and thrilling kinetic sculpture!

- Kid Zone + bounce house and puppet shows
