Yoga for the Non-Yogi
Join us for an all-levels, super accessible mindful movement session. We will focus on breath, posture and movement. This is not your traditional yoga class, and it’s not held at a yoga studio. So…if you’d like to move your body, keep it in tip top shape for your adventures, join us at the Firehouse on Sunday mornings!
You’ll be lead by Lindsey, a 500hr certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. Lindsey’s specialty is alignment-based movement geared towards active humans…whether you’re a hiker, biker, paddler, down-hiller or a snow sporter, this class is perfect for keeping your body happy and healthy out there!
We will meet at the Firehouse at 10am for an introductory chat/breathwork, followed by a movement class with time for questions/workshopping certain things after if you have questions. You can expect a super chill experience that is designed for the non-yogi!
Stay after class for some friendly chatter and a complimentary/optional mimosa.
