Hats Off is participating again this year in the Great Lynden “Dutch Treat” trick or treating event! Come to downtown Lynden for a free and safe trick or treating experience. We’re handing out candy and a special discount coupon!
“The Great Lynden “Dutch Treat” 2019 takes place citywide in Lynden. This Halloween, from 3-5:30 p.m., bring your little ghouls (under 12, please) around town to get some scary good treats from your local Lynden Chamber of Commerce members! Keep your one good pirate-eye out for the ORANGE “Lynden “Dutch Treat” signs in front of participating Lynden Chamber of Commerce member businesses at Fairway Center, Lynden Towne Plaza, downtown Lynden and other locations.”
