Old World Deli is proud to host Aaron Eckhouse, son of La Quercia Artisan Cured Meats founders Herb and Kathy for the kick off of Ham Independence paired with our monthly 10 for $10 wine tasting with Indie Wineries. This is our 3rd year participating in the La Quercia Ham Independence contest celebration to win a leg of Acorn-fed Prosciutto. Herb & Kathy travel around the country promoting their amazing award-winning Prosciutto and this year their son Aaron joining us to taste and pair Prosciutto, Speck(cold smoked Prosciutto), Lomo (cured pork loin) & Salami Americano.  Bellingham you don’t want to miss out on this amazing opportunity to meet the source and taste first hand these amazing cured meats.
