Kombucha and Fermentation

Have you heard about kombucha, the fizzy drink you can brew from sweetened green or black tea? If you want feel better by drinking it (many do!), just like the taste, or have never tried it, we invite you to learn more about this interesting elixir at this fun, informative presentation.
