All-levels yoga postures and teachings for the everyday person. Join us every Wednesday at 5:55 p.m. in the Forum de Freedom to learn the practice of yoga in simple language.

Yoga is a practice that helps us access a state of integration and wholeness inside ourselves. It is not just for the flexible, although it will build flexibility. It is not just for the meditator, although it will teach you to meditate. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.

Come join The Heart School, a depth yoga school for everyday people, as we learn and practice the whole-person experience of yoga together. Yoga asana (postures), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and philosophy.

*Must bring your own mat*

Please arrive on time. Doors will be locked soon after our practice begins to minimize disturbance.

Drop-ins welcome. The class is free with inspired love donations gratefully accepted.

Please check www.mindfuluse.org for last-minute schedule changes.

Unless otherwise noted, events sponsored by the Center for Mindful Use are “Canna-friendly,” that is that our instructors neither encourage nor discourage cannabis use, but encourage guests to show up as they are. Please note that the use of cannabis while on CMU property is not currently permitted.
