Cooking Class: Modern Fare and Sous Vide

In this course on modern fare, local chef Josh Bennett will give you an overview of some of the most contemporary cooking techniques including sous vide, fluid gels, and Situ plating. These techniques marry science and art to create stunningly beautiful dishes that excite the mind and palate alike. This class will offered on three occasions: April 8, May 13 and June 10.
