Celebrating Earth, Our Common Home

Climate change is one of the key moral issues of our time. We, the members of the Multifaith Network for Climate Justice, believe it is essential that faith communities be fully involved and mobilized. This will be a non-denominational service led by local faith leaders from several faith traditions. We will gather to celebrate our common home, Earth, and commit to our moral responsibility to protect it through prose, poetry, prayer, and music.

Presenters include representatives from Red Cedar Dharma Hall, First Congregational Church, Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship, St. James Presbyterian, Temple Beth Israel, Garden Street Methodist, Guru Nanak Gursikh Gurudwara, Center for Spiritual Living, Bahai’s of Whatcom County, Assumption Catholic Church, Whatcom Pagans, and other members of the faith community.
