Cardova is a chamber soul trio. Taylor Molzahn (guitars & vocals), Nick Taylor (bass), Joel Litwin (drums) play an intoxicating blend of crowd-pleasing R&B, funk, bossa, rock, pop & boogaloo, with soulful vocals and a bewitching groove. In the spirit of Dr John, Cardova creates a timeless vibe, retro and ultra-modern all at the same time.
Shady Bottom is a gritty, down-to-earth six-piece instrumental groove party. Lead by two horns and a rhythm section consisting of drums, bass, guitar, and a real gen-u-ine Hammond B3 organ, Shady Bottom keeps the deep funk deep down in the pocket. As one fan put it: “This is the finest in bass-heavy funk.”
