Every city has a particular feel about it, defined by its architecture, demographics, geography, climate and the people and cultures who have shaped the city over time.

In this course, we learn about the history of the iconic structures that identify four East Coast cities: New York, Boston, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia. Students enrolled in this class leave with an understanding of the architectural styles and the socio-political context in which these buildings were created and developed.

We are pleased that Eleanor Schrader returns to Zoom with us from southern California.
