Barkley Toasters is the noon time Toastmaster group in Bellingham and Whatcom County. If your mornings and evenings are busy but you would love to improve your speaking, presentation and leadership skills, give us a try! We pride ourselves in providing a fun, safe learning environment for both planned and impromptu speaking. We hold our meetings to just an hour with a few minutes on either side to gab and get ready.
