Sauerkraut and Fermented Vegetables @ WCLS Blaine Library
Oct 7 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sauerkraut and Fermented Vegetables @ WCLS Blaine Library | Blaine | Washington | United States

Come learn how easy and fun it is to make your own sauerkraut. In days before grocery stores, we fermented produce to make it last, not knowing that it was good for us! Recent research suggests that fermented products can help gut biomes and improve health. No fancy equipment required. Samples will be available for tasting. Presented by Blaine C.O.R.E. (Community Orchards for Resources and Education).
