Swing class focuses on East Coast Swing, Charleston, Lindy Hop, and the solo jazz roots of the early swing era. We’ll be learning vintage line dances and their solo jazz steps along with the fundamentals of partner dancing. Each class will teach an element of swing technique in the context of a new move. No partner necessary.

In this talk you will:
– Learn specific exercises to add to your warm-up
– Dial in your warm-up routine to improve range of motion
– Learn how a good warm-up can prevent future injury

There will be time for Q&A so you can ask about recovery hacks, dispel myths, and bring up any other questions you have.

Shibashi is one of the most popular qigong sets in the world and can be performed seated or standing. This session will lead the participants through 18 movements that are gentle and peaceful. Chair Tai Chi uses all of the concepts and flowing choreographed movements of standing Tai Chi except it is performed in a seated position. It is often called “Meditation in Motion” because it connects the mind and the body to achieve health and well-being. Chair Chi, as it is often called, is an excellent exercise for people who may have concerns about balance and want to improve their stability. In this ses
