Skagit Runners Celebrates 40th Annual Tulip Run and 

Launch of 2026 Conquer the Valley Race Series

This spring marks a major milestone for Skagit Runners as the 40th Annual Skagit Valley Tulip Run returns on Saturday, April 18, 2026, kicking off the brand-new 2026 Conquer the Valley race series in spectacular fashion.

Held during peak tulip season in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most breathtaking regions, the Tulip Run blends fitness, community spirit, and the vibrant beauty of Skagit Valley into a weekend celebration four decades in the making.

“For 40 years, the Tulip Run has brought runners and walkers together to celebrate spring in the Skagit Valley,” says Skagit Runners Board President, Kiera Wright. “This anniversary year is especially meaningful. It’s a chance to honor the generations who have laced up before us while welcoming new participants – including our friends from across the border in British Columbia – to be a part of this tradition.”
