Watch public art come to life at Noisy Waters Mural Festival, a 3-day waterfront celebration featuring world-class muralists, live painting, music, workshops and more. Explore an open-air gallery, shop the makers market, join a mural tour and vote on the artworks that could become permanent additions to Bellingham’s public spaces.
Daytime music is free for all ages. Friday and Saturday night headliner shows are 21+ and $10 at the door. Register in advance for spray paint workshops and mural tours.
