Alger Fun’Raiser – A Community Celebration Benefiting the Alger Community Hall!

Come spend the day in Alger for our annual Alger Fun’Raiser, a family-friendly community celebration packed with food, live music, local shopping, activities and fun—all while helping support the Alger Community Hall and grounds.

There’s something for everyone!

Enjoy a fabulous BBQ featuring Hawaiian burgers, chicken skewers & more, live music by The D’Vas from 10 AM–3 PM, and shop local crafters, artisans, farmers and other Alger Sunday Market vendors from 10 AM–3 PM.

Bring the kids! Our Kids Zone will feature lawn games, temporary tattoos, button making, Tubelox STEM building, new crafts and every Jr. AIC Sunday Market kids craft from this summer—perfect for anyone who missed one!

Community Helping Community

Several Alger organizations are joining together for the day. The Secret Sisters of Alger will host the Bake Sale, with proceeds split between the Secret Sisters and the Alger Community Hall. Skagit County Fire District 14 will host its Fire Hall Open House and share proceeds from the Dunk Tank with the Alger Community Hall. The Alger Food Bank will also hold a Garage Sale to help make room in Amy’s Closet, its free community clothing and household-goods resource.

50/50 tickets are already on sale for just $1! Tickets may be purchased before the Fun’Raiser at the Alger Bar & Grill, at the Alger Sunday Market or from Alger Improvement Club members. A new 50/50 drawing is held for every 500 tickets sold, giving us the opportunity for multiple winners!

Vendors & live music: 10 AM–3 PM
Raffle Finale: 3–4 PM

Proceeds raised for the Alger Community Hall help maintain this important community gathering place and its grounds. Current projects include needed roof work and an upcoming exterior paint project.
