The 2019 Haggen’s 4th of July Celebration at Zuanich Point Park is quickly approaching.
The Bellingham Regional Chamber of Commerce, Port of Bellingham, and Haggen Food and Pharmacy are excited to announce that this year the festivities will include a virtual reality arcade in the Kids Zone. Heady Virtual Reality will offer free VR experiences in the Squalicum Boathouse from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Kids 8 years old and older can participate.
The July 4th celebration culminates at 10:30 p.m. with Whatcom County’s biggest fireworks display from Wolverine West Fireworks. 2019 marks the 29th straight year with Head Pyrotechnician John Fisher.
