A five week workshop, where we will learn the foundation movements in yoga known as the Sun Salutation.
We will focus on the strength, mobility, body alignment and breath needed to better understand and practice these poses. Each class will include a 45-minute yoga vinyasa flow to put what you’ve learned into practice and feel your best.
ALL levels welcome, from beginner to advanced.
