Intro to Yoga

Free yoga class, all ages and skill levels welcome. Yoga is a stretching discipline that is practiced for health and relaxation. Join “teacher in training” Deirdre for a one hour session of flow yoga. Come once, or to all five sessions. Weekly May 22 through June 19. If you have thought about trying yoga, this is the time. Please bring your own yoga mat (or towel or blanket) and water bottle.
