Service Dogs 4 Veterans Event – Brigadoon Service Dogs @ Boundary Bay Brewery Garden
Aug 5 @ 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Service Dogs 4 Veterans Event - Brigadoon Service Dogs @ Boundary Bay Brewery Garden

Join Brigadoon Service Dogs, Boundary Bay Brewery, and the band The Atlantics for a Beer & BBQ Fundraiser Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 5:30 to 9pm. This delightfully fun summer night event in the brewery garden raises funds for veterans in need of a service dog.

Tickets are $90 and includes a whirlwind of fun. At 5:30p, meet our service dogs, talk to our trainers, make bids on silent auction packages, eat a delicious BBQ dinner, drink Boundary Bay beer, all while enjoying music by the band Mark & Mark. At 6:30p we have a short 20-minute program that features John E. Lee, retired Command Sergeant Major, and Executive Director of Washington Department of Veterans Affairs. Meet Brigadoon’s new Executive Director, Kevin Ryan who recently retired from the Marine Corp after 23 years of service. To complete the night’s event, at 7:00p, enjoy an hour and a half of fantastic music by The Atlantic’s.

It takes two years to raise and train a service dog. The cost is often more than those in need can afford so Brigadoon Service Dogs became a 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2004. Thanks to our Volunteer Puppy Raisers, our Prison Program, a team of volunteers, and to people like you, Brigadoon never charges a veteran for their service dog.

You can make all the difference in a veteran’s life. Buy your tickets today by visiting brigadoondogs.org and clicking on the tickets button at the top of the website home page. Donations also welcome!
