The Whatcom Hills Waldorf School’s annual Holiday Faire is a wonder-full way for families to enjoy the spirit of the holidays with live music, magical lands, delicious food, local craft vendors and hands-on workshops. Crafting workshops feature natural materials and include rolling beeswax candles, wooden ornaments, felt projects and translucent paper stars to color your windows. Visit the Snow Queen in her castle, dig for crystals in Gnome Village, watch an enchanting puppet play or warm up with delicious homemade soup, baked goods and live music in the Wooden Spoon Cafe. Everyone welcome!

Come discover your next outdoor adventure at the Recreation Northwest EXPO. Seventy exhibitors and 2,000 runners, bikers, sailors, paddlers and others who are looking for new ways to play outside. The EXPO is free and open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 23 in Bellingham, Washington. Bring your friends and family to meet face to face with Apparel and Gear Manufacturers, Retailers, Outfitters, Outdoor Media, Activity Clubs, Stewardship Organizations and representatives from your favorite local recreation events and races.
