Introduction to Yoga @ Deming Library

Free yoga class, all ages and skill levels welcome. Yoga is a stretching discipline that is practiced for health and relaxation. Join “teacher in training” Deirdre for a one hour session of flow yoga. Come once, or to all five sessions. Weekly May 22 through June 19. If you have thought about trying yoga this is the time. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel or blanket, and water bottle.

World class Irish dance classes coming to Bellingham!! All ages! We will be offering a Pre-school class for ages 3-4, Beginner classes for ages 5 and up and an Adult class for learning traditional Irish dancing. We are hoping to start in mid September or as soon as we have enough students to start and classes will be on Saturdays in the beginning and eventually we will have some classes on week nights.
