Join us for the annual Washington Brewery Annual Open House for your  chance to talk to our brewers, discuss our many beers, and see the workings of the will occur this and all three Bellingham Breweries. Chuckanut Brewery, Boundary Bay Brewery, and Kulshan Brewery have come together to help visitors get to all three breweries with an organized free shuttle.

A big treat for those over 21 years, we will offer tastes of our Keller beer (beer taken directly from our fermentation tanks, yeast and all). The brewers will lead free brief tours at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. In case you want to see other Open Houses at breweries in Bellingham there will be a shuttle bus to ferry you around for visits. Just hop on and off the bus at any of the brewery stops!

Thousand Acre Cider House has already become such a great place to learn about the beautiful world of cider, so why not up the ante? Introducing Cider University! Our first class, Cider 101, will be lead by the owner of Thousand Acre Cider House, Jenny Hagemann, on September 30th from 7-8pm. Included with your tuition is one hour of lecture/discussion, a sensory tasting flight, a coupon for 15% off bottles to take home after class, plus a cider tasting workbook and taster glass to help with your homework. This is an intro class you won’t want to sleep through!

Tuition payment available through the Eventbrite link for only $25. Seats may still be available day-of but will be $30. Reserve your spot today.

We already have a couple classes booked after this with some fantastic guest lecturers, so keep your Monday evenings free and get ready to drink! And by that, we mean learn.
