Join us at Poppe’s 360 in Four Points Sheraton Lakeway as master mixologists share their best bar secrets and demonstrate and serve four sensational summer cocktails, perfectly paired with small plates from their brand new menu! Raffles & prizes throughout the afternoon.

Savory Crab Cheesecake: Vodkatomato jam

Rice Paper Salmon Roll: Island smoked salmon, wrapped in soft rice paper, served with a Juniper chili sauce

Oysters on the Half Shell: With crispy capers. Chef Shucked to order

Cha Su Boa Tacos: Steamed bun filled with vodka BBQ’ d chicken, daikon sprouts, mushroom, carrot and fresh mint

Peasant’s Chicken: chicken marinated in gin, soy sauce and brown sugar. Served with cilantro honey glaze

Zucchini “Sushi” Rolls: Crisp and marinated vegetables, bacon and cilantro

Smoked Salmon Bites: Slow smoked salmon, cream cheese, and crisp cucumber
