The EXPO is free and open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 23 in Bellingham, Washington. Bring your friends and family to meet face to face with Apparel and Gear Manufacturers, Retailers, Outfitters, Outdoor Media, Activity Clubs, Stewardship Organizations and representatives from your favorite local recreation events and races.

It’s that time of year again to shop around for your new spring and summer wheels. Money raised by The Bellingham Bike Swap will be used to support Shifting Gears’ programs, and to help individuals break down barriers that prevent them from getting outside and experiencing what our local recreation has to offer. The Bellingham Roller Betties (BRB) host an exciting roller derby doubleheader at Lynden Skateway in Lynden, WA on Saturday, March 9 at 5:30 PM. In a sanctioned high-level bout, the BRB All-Stars take on Gorge Roller Derby from the Columbia Gorge area. Before the All-Stars bout, there will be a level-three junior roller derby scrimmage hosted by Bellingham’s junior roller derby league, The Subdued City Rollers (SCR). The SCR will be joined by skaters from Derby Demons in Marysville, NWO from Chilliwack B.C. and Vancouver Junior Roller Derby from Vancouver B.C. All ages are welcome and tickets are available at the door or online. Doors open at 4:45 p.m. with the first bout starting at 5:30 p.m.
For 14 years, the Paddling Film Festival World Tour has been showcasing the very best paddling films. The World Tour screens in more than 120 cities around the world. We’re especially proud of our 2019 film selection and want you to experience them with us.
