Bellingham’s first Whiskey Walk is coming to Barkley Village on Friday, October 26, with all proceeds benefiting Brigadoon Service Dogs. This Halloween-themed tasting event will feature over 15 whiskeys from 12 different regional distilleries, a haunted outdoor beer garden provided by Overflow Taps, and live music from Tom Petty tribute band Petty or Not. COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED!
Stroll through the shops of Barkley Village while you taste delicious whiskey and listen to great music from 5:30-9:00 p.m.
Each ticket includes 6 tastings of a 1/2 oz. each and additional tasting tickets will be available to purchase on site. Limited tickets are available and this event is expected to sell out so grab them while you can.

The best tastes of the San Juan Islands showcasing chefs and the farmers that make that food possible!
Using fresh, quality products from San Juan County farms, local chefs will prepare delicious samples for you to enjoy. Come for a bite or make a meal of it. Locally produced soft and alcoholic beverages will make it a full gourmet adventure. Tickets start at $3 with proceeds benefiting San Juan County farming initiatives. A mouthwatering event celebrating the islands’ unique cuisine at the historic Brickworks on San Juan Island, October 28 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Proceeds benefit programs of the San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
The Alzheimer Society is excited to bring a new theme and new excitement to our annual 5k!
Join us for our Glow in the dark 5k Walk/Run! Bring your glow in the dark gear or load up at the race and be sure to check out each vendor who will have a different fun thing to add to your night (Think glow in the dark face paint!).
It’s going to be a party with games, food, a beer garden, a raffle and a ton of fun. Invite your friends and bring your families to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Society, who offers support groups, education and hope to those with dementia.
